Educational Opportunity Center (EOC)

What is EOC?

Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a free educational outreach program that helps eligible individuals pursue their college and career goals. Our mission is to provide information, advisement, and support in the areas of high school equivalency, post-secondary education, trades apprenticeships/certifications, and financial aid.

Our goal is to increase the number of under-represented populations enrolling into higher education, especially low-income and/or first-generation students. We also seek to serve veterans or veteran-dependents, tribal-affiliated individuals, disconnected youth, individuals with disabilities, and justice-involved individuals.

We work with groups and individuals and can provide services in-person and remotely via phone, email, or video-conferencing. We also welcome partnerships with groups and organizations residing in our target area who wish to inform/offer these services to their members. Please call, text, or email us via the contact information below regarding any inquiries and/or to begin receiving services.
