Federally mandated ELDT training in accordance with FMCSA. 35 ELDT chapters taught,
as well as general knowledge, air brakes, combination vehicles, in accordance with
NM CDL Manual. Guidance on meeting all requirements to obtain ELDT training and a
CDL permit.
