Arts, Film & Media

Arts, Film, and Media (AFM) cultivates skills in both the practice and the intersectional study of the traditional visual arts, and emerging digital arts.

Its components include photography, filmmaking, audio production, web design, painting, drawing, ceramics, as well as film, video, projection installment, and drone studies/production.  Its faculty comprises individuals working and teaching in all of these modes. The department has a strong commitment to fostering collaboration among makers, and transdisciplinary theorists.

AFM is located in the Nick Salazar Center for the Arts building on the NNMC Española Campus.
