Eligibility

Who can take Dual Credit Classes?
Students in public high schools (grades 11-12), charter schools, Bureau of Indian Education High Schools, or state-supported schools and enrolled in at least ½ of the minimum course requirements in order to enroll for dual credit classes.  ACT, PLAN or Compass Placement test scores are required only for classes with a Math or English prerequisite.

What classes can I take for Dual Credit?
Classes that count towards a Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree may be taken for dual credit. Remedial, developmental and fitness classes may not be taken for dual credit. Students may take college-level classes for which they meet the prerequisite, and which count towards a degree.

FINANCIAL AID
Dual credit students are not eligible for financial aid or scholarships.
