Planning phases

There are five phases of strategic planning at NNMC. They take place over a three-year period. The phases are interconnected and cyclical. They are as follows:

Planning retreat Spring 2010

Twenty-two members of the College community gathered on April 24, 2010, to initiate a new cycle of strategic planning at NNMC. The all-day session took place at the Española Campus, was facilitated by Mark Walch, of Keystone International, Inc., and was attended by NNMC's new president, Dr. Rusty Barceló.
