Planning phases

There are five phases of strategic planning at NNMC. They take place over a three-year period. The phases are interconnected and cyclical. They are as follows:

Planning retreat Spring 2010

Twenty-two members of the College community gathered on April 24, 2010, to initiate a new cycle of strategic planning at NNMC. The all-day session took place at the Española Campus, was facilitated by Mark Walch, of Keystone International, Inc., and was attended by NNMC's new president, Dr. Rusty Barceló. The Northern Foundation remains committed to stimulate leadership, promote equity, and grow resources and philanthropy in the Española Valley and surrounding rural areas. Over the past twenty years, we have granted $1.3 million to support over 1,250 NNMC students.
