Rachel Begay

Rachel began working at NNMC in 2007.  Starting in the Registrar’s Office, she relocated to the Language and Letters and Humanities Department in 2014. A few years after being two departments, Language and Letters became a single department.  

For Rachel, the enjoyable part about working at NNMC is assisting our students, faculty, and staff, and building a great rapport with them. Having the opportunity to get to know the students and watch them grow academically is a reward. One of the many duties Rachel really enjoys in her position is ordering and observing the books that the faculty require for each of their courses. Working with the Language and Letters Department, Rachel has realized how much the professors care about the students and that pushes her to excel in her area.
