NNMC Curricular Student Learning Assessment
Student learning outcomes assessment is an ongoing process undertaken by academic programs to establish measurable expected outcomes of student learning, collect and analyze evidence to determine how well student learning matches those expectations, and use the resulting information to improve curricula.
At NNMC, curricular student learning assessment takes place at the general education and program-specific levels. This website serves as a portal to find more detailed information on student learning outcomes as well as annual reports on their assessment activities undertaken by departments or by the college as a whole.
This Handbook and Plan detail more specific information about workflows and expectations for General Education and departmental level assessment as well as some aspects of Program Review.
