IF BOND C PASSES, Northern New Mexico College will receive $2 million in critical health and safety infrastructure improvements, including:

  • Sidewalk additions and repairs
  • Refurbish aging and damaged campus roads and parking lots
  • Asbestos abatement and roof repairs
  • Install or replace aging, inefficient heating and cooling systems
  • Water system and campus drainage improvements

Last year, voter-approved GO Bond funds helped in funding much-needed panic stations throughout campus, allowing students, staff and visitors the ability to feel safe when traveling between buildings or when engaging in extracurricular activities on campus. GO Bond funds are not always about buildings or academic programs, but ensuring our students have a safe environment to live and learn in.
