Program Complaints

The RN to BSN Program defines a formal complaint as any complaint in writing that addresses a programmatic concern. Complaints may be submitted by any interested party, to include but not limited to students, faculty, staff, college administrators, community members, and program graduates.  Formal complaints should be submitted to the Dean of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences or the Associate Director of the RN to BSN Program.  The program will investigate the complaint and respond in writing within four weeks.
