The National Cesar E. Chavez Blood Drive Challenge celebrates Cesar E. Chavez’ legacy as an American civic leader by engaging students in health education, health professions, and saving lives.  Student organizer Marisa Chavez and a team of student volunteers at Northern coordinated a donor recruitment campaign culminating in a one-day campus-wide blood drive.
