Adjunct Faculty in Information Engineering and Technology | Northern New Mexico College

Northern New Mexico College (NNMC) is a public two-year and four-year degree granting institution founded in 1909 by the New Mexico Constitution. NNMC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. NNMC operates from two campuses in Espanola and El Rito and serves an average of 1,000 students per semester.
The College of Engineering and Technology (CET) offers associate degrees and bachelor degrees in Information Engineering and Technology. The CET is recruiting adjunct faculty for the above programs, to teach one or more courses (depending of the faculty availability) in fall of 2018. Fall 2018 classes will begin in Espanola, NM on August 20th 2018. The adjunct faculty may be considered for full time position depending on qualifications, availability and performance. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Information Engineering Technology or in a closely related field. Knowledgeable in one or more of the following areas,
-Computer Programming using Java
-Database Management using SQL
-Web Engineering
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, Information Engineering Technology or in a closely related field
