Office of Equity and Diversity Teams Up for First Annual 'Love Letters' Poetry Contest

The Office of Equity and Diversity along with Student Activities and Dr. Winterer's "Creative Writing Forum" (ENGL 499) sponsored the first annual 'Love Letters' poetry contest on February 11. Congratulations to First, Second & Third place winners, LeAnne Ulibarri for “Thank You,” Celina Roybal for “Simply,” and Alyssa Walters for “Clouds Rain Ice”

Honorable Mentions: Aynjil Baca for “Just Your Every Day Love ” Stephanie Amedeo Marquez for “Afterward,” Peggy Laurel for “Amorous Insanity,” Amparo Gidney for “Eyes of Love,” Tim Martinez for “Garden,” and Alicia Cardenas for “First Love,”
